By booking a Razor Chic Tour appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.
1. No Refund Policy
All tour reservations, deposits, and payments are non-refundable. Due to the limited availability of appointments and the travel expenses associated with each tour, refunds will not be issued once your appointment has been booked.
2. Tour Reservation & Minimum Appointments
Each tour city requires a minimum number of confirmed appointments for the tour to proceed as scheduled. If the minimum is not met, Razor Chic reserves the right to reschedule all affected appointments to the next available tour date in that city. Clients will be notified as early as possible. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule their appointment up to 14 days before their scheduled tour date.
All approved reschedule requests are subject to a $175 rescheduling fee, plus processing fees.
Reschedule requests are subject to availability.
Once a rescheduled appointment has been confirmed, any additional reschedule requests are at Razor Chic's sole discretion.
4. Tour Lock Period
Tour schedules are finalized 14 days before each city visit. Once a city has been locked, appointments cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or canceled for that tour date.
5. Event Location & Details
The exact event location and additional event details will be emailed to registered clients approximately 48 hours before the scheduled appointment date. Please ensure your contact information is accurate when booking.
6. Appointment Transfers
Appointments are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the Razor Chic team.
7. Tour Changes
Razor Chic reserves the right to modify tour dates, locations, schedules, or other event details when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, or insufficient confirmed appointments. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes.
8. Agreement
By booking a Razor Chic Tour appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service, including the refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies outlined above.
